I went right before the salon was about to close and the staff was excellent. My stylist was kind and very personable. She also did a great job on my cut. I will be going back.

Showed up for my scheduled appointment at 10AM, unfortunately Kourtney the stylist wasn't able to make it at that time. Her mother the owner kept telling me that she got held up by her kids teacher, they needed to have a conference. This was the first day back to school after Xmas vacation and I volunteer at a school and happen to know that teachers don't leave their classrooms at 10:00 to have parent conferences. During my wait in was not offered a discount, free haircut, nothing. Waited a half hour and she still wasn't there, so I left.. I normally go to Emily, but she has reduced her hours. I won't go back!
