Mr. Ed Hickson did not conduct himself in a professional mannerism the night at the wake of my mother 8 month ago He met with myself, Jessica and Red stating, "If you all don't sign the insurance policy over to me tonight, there will not be a funeral Sat AM, I'm not making anything from this funeral anyway ''we all signed the insurance policy to him. We picked out what headstone/ marble top cover, As of this date Mr.Ed has not provided closure to this family by completing the grave site. Numerous telephone correspondence has been made by my sister, Jessica of Ft. Worth, Tx. as this is the only individual Mr. Ed will respond. I have continuously attempted to make contact with Mr Ed my calls has been refused or ignored. The Chief Financial Officer made contact with Mr Ed.He provided this organization an explanation of why services were not completed and the date of when it would be completed. However, that did not happen. He refuses to provide me any date to finalize her burial process.
