I've serviced my Harley at Horney's 3-4 times so far & have found them to be fair, competent, friendly, and offering helpful advice. It's always a pleasure to go in whenever I have a need.

Hi Lisa, Just a short note to thank you all for all your help. You all got my Triumph Rocket III all "Tuned Up" with the latest Downloads and a new Power Commander V and it runs Great! I put 600+ miles on it in the last two days and it ran Perfect. You all went beyond the call to address my requests. I'll Be Back for ANY future work need for the Rocket. Probably first of all will be a new back TIRE !!!

I continue to be impressed with the help and advice that is shared by Lisa to help in whatever project I have in mind. Whether its with the product, manufacturer, or pricing they put you on the right page and in the right direction.

i have 2 harleys, and i asked around the fort myers area to see who was a good repair/maintenance shop. several times harley owners refered me to Horneys shop. ive had several thousand dollars worth of work done. and everytime they come through for me. Fort Myer Harley wouldnt work on my Dyna even tho it was still under warranty. i went to Horneys and they did me right. FYI...NEVER take your harley to Fort Myers Harley....go to Horneys!!!thanks lisa. ill be back!!!

Whatever project I have in mind for my bike Lisa is incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to get me the information I need and in the right direction. The work that Rick Sr and Rick Jr do is extremely satisfactory, reliable, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants quality, reasonable, and timely work done on their bikes

This business gives low estimates for repair to lurer customers, then takes weeks to start & finish repairs and order parts, and then verbally doubles or triples final repair bill without providing a written estimate that details specific charges and repair time line. Just wanted to warn potential customers to shop around and choose a different repair shop.

I bought my first Harley about a year and a half ago but did alot of research first so that I new what I was getting into regarding this type of bike and the service providers available. If you ask any serious rider around town, you'll almost always get the same positive responses I got. These guys have maintained a high quality name for decades and I don't see them putting that name into jeopardy anytime soon. Every time I deal with them I get treated like both my bike and myself matter to them as more than just another customer with a #. I'm in buiseness for myself so I know how challenging that can be @ times. So my "hat's off" to Horney's and and to developing a name with such a degree of excellence for so long now that this entire town of Ft. Myers knows them and eagerly refers to them as "highly recommended" Thank you horney's.

I have had my 07 buell xb12r in there numerous times. They use amsoil for the oil change, fast service and nice people. Reasonable price and turnaround time. Highly recommend

I took my bike in to get the rear tire replaced. I expected to leave it for a few days. But knowing it was a beautiful riding weekend they fit me in and had it ready to ride in a few hours. Knowledgeable friendly staff and great service!

IN 2007 I PURCHASED A DEKA MOTORCYCLE BATTERY. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY, AS LONG AS IT WAS NOT DAMAGED. ONE WEEK BEFORE THE YEAR WAS UP THE BATTERY DIED. I HAD IT CHECK OUT AND TESTED AT ANOTHER BIKE SHOP. IT TOOK A WEAK CHARGE.THE SHOP OWNER LOOKED AT THE BATTERY AND NOTICE A G7 STICKER ON SIDE,WHICH STANDS FOR JULY OF 2007. THEY SOLD ME A YEAR OLD BATTERY. SO I CALLED HORNEYS TO SEE IF THEY WOULD WARRANTY THE BATTERY. THEY SAID NO PROBLEM AS LONG AS IT WASN'T DAMAGED. AS SOON AS I TOLD THEM IT HAD A G7 STICKER,THEY CHANGED THERE STORY. I TOOK IT IN AS THEY ASKED, SO THE DEKA REP COULD TEST IT.TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BATTERY. THEY WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME, EVEN THOUGH THEY SOLD ME A BATTERY THAT HAD SAT ON THEIR SHELF FOR A YEAR. I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER BATTERY, SO I WENT ELSEWHERE. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. THEY ARE UNFAIR AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY!
