John is a great lawyer, very knowledgable as well. i have used Mr. Lonergan for several issues. His firm always gets the job done and are very fare. He does not over charge and keeps you update on your case. Could not possible ask for more

John has been great. I started a child support reevaluation and my ex-husband came back with wanting more custody. John has put me at ease, telling me what can and cannot be done legally. I spoke to him twice yesterday, he's always available and will call back quickly if he's not. He also always sends every piece of paper to me via email. Thanks, John!!

When I was going through my divorce to my verbally abusive husband, John was there to make sure that I didn't let my husband get the upper hand. John was wonderful, always called me back within an hour.

Mr. Lonergan was a god send. I went through a nasty divorce and my ex-husband thought he had total control. I lost my home and thought I was loosing my kids. Until I talked to Mr. Lonergan, I was lost. He stepped in, helped me understand my rights as their mother and gave me the BEST advice possible. BE THEIR MOTHER. I followed his advice, went to court and received what I wanted - my children. He was always available to provide guidance and advice, even after the battle in mediation. He is truly someone devoted to the service he provides and I would recommend him highly.

I would just like to take a moment to respond to comment that was left about Mr. Lonergan I am going through the net to find a attorney to assist me with my divorce and I came across this very negative comment that was posted and although it has been about four years since I was a client of Mr.Lonergan the impact that he left with me I can still remember it like it was yesterday. I remember calling him up one afternoon terrified that my sons father was going to take him away, i had little money and nowhere else to turn. With less than two weeks until my court date he steped in and was on the job. Every time that i called the office i was able to speak to him and if he was unavailable he returned my call promply, I had contacted many attorneys for help and he was the only one that had reasonable rates and actually cared about my situation. If no matter what your family law issue is if you want a attorney that is going to go to bat for you 110% you need to contact this firm.

I was very disappointed with this attorney. He strung us along and didn't finish the job. Very disappointing.
