Do NOT go to this Jos A Banks, Fort Myers store to purchase or rent suits, especially for a wedding! On our arrival, a customer wanted to purchase a suit for a wedding. They did not have any info on their computer as to the type or style needed. He left without being sized or making a purchase. The same thing happened to us! None of the important info for the upcoming wedding was on their computer. My son presented a tag of what was needed and were previously told the suit would cost $265. The salesman showed us a darker grey suit for $995.!! Then after disputing the price, they suddenly had a sale on the suit ($350). The numbers were not exact from out tag to their suit. They also seemed to drag their feet on doing a proper measurement. I had problems getting ahold of the regional manager and attempted to call the Headquarters in Baltimore, no one answered during business hours and could not leave a message! Turned out that my step son also walked out of the Fort Myers store and ended up having better service at the Bonita location. He purchased the right suit for $265. How much business do they have to lose for efficient, prompt, customer service?? When my daughter was married, we went to Men's Warehouse for the tuxes. The service was detail oriented, on the computer and effortless!
