Horrible. I asked for 3 inches to be taken off my ends, she started talking about her life story and before i knew it i had 7 inches taken off! unfortunately it gets worse.. i had highlights put in and instead of blonde they came out orange. UNBELIEVABLE. The staff is very friendly, they just do not seem to be experienced.
