We have always received excellent service over the years. The staff is friendly and will to go the extra mile to help when needed. Selection is amazing.

I have used this store for the past 5 years needing things for my breast cancer surgeries. Ver;y helpful and professional.

They have a large selection and the service is really good. Every time I go in I am surprised they have what I'm looking for with a large selection. If they don't carry it, they order it for you and their prices are reasonable.

I was very disturbed by my 93 yr old neighbor telling me about her recent encounter with the employees at MED-X pharmacutical & equipment store on San Carlos in Fort Myers, FL. Assuming her needs could be met at a local store near Odd Lots in her pursuit of purchasing several items, Most importantly a toilet seat riser. Intentions were for purchasing (2) lift chairs and possibly (2) walkers for her & her husband in the very near future. NOT NOW! I am aware that a neighbor was involved trying to assist her in making prudent decisions who also was appolled by the lack of helpfulness, professionalism, knowledge, passion and respect for not only a customer but a senior citizen. Well after better than a week finally got the potty chair so understandably abandoned all other purchases from MED-X. Oh, and get this - the same day completion of the purchase was made MED-X called this 93 year old lady not to appologize but to find out who the lady was that accompanied her and who had made their sales so hard to consumate. Give me a break!!I would suggest to you that there are many DME stores that would treat you with dignity & respect or they to will go by the way side as MED-E hopefully will. Many Medical Equipment Suppliers are listed in the phone book so be warned. Also want to inform you the manager & owner were aware of all the finaliesRoy B. Wells (239) 338-8644

Extremely pitiful and unprofessional place to do business. First called to ask for copy of receipt for item I had purchased and faxed all necessary info required. Woman that answered phone told me she would call me back before end of day. Never did. This went on for about 6 phone calls with woman telling me she still hadn't found receipt but would call me back. NOT! Drove there to get some response. Woman behind counter told me I was rude when my cell phone rang (which I didn't answer) and then stuck her fingers in her ears. She then told me I had an attitude and went to get owner and son in back room. They both came out and I tried to explain my dilemma to them. Same response....can't find receipt. At one point they told me to "GET OUT" and if I didn't they were going to call the police. Lots of places to buy Medical Equipment in SWFL but this DEFINITELY is not one of them.

My school has a get our uniforms through them. Not only were uniforms not there when we were told they would be there, but the shoes I had ordered were not there. When my uniforms came my shoes were in the bag, but quickly taken away because someone else had ordered the same shoes. Then it was argued about when my class ordered our stuff. So I got my uniforms, but no shoes. I got home and noticed B/O written on my slip, which means back ordered, which she failed to tell me. I spent most of my years in retail and bent over backward for my customers. I got no such srevice except you can pick out another pair of shoes. They got the money for the shoes I want my shoes. I will never deal with these people again or recommend them to anyone.
