The pricing was more than fair, and delivery and installation was very professional. Both bedrooms look terrific. The wife loves her sewing roon countertop and cabinets. Sorry it’s taking me this long to write the review, but ever since we purchased the Murphy Bed/Office for our Guest Bedroom we have been re-modeling our condo. I am so excited to organize things, that I am writing this even before the first drawer is filled. They did what they said they'd do, and they did it when they said it would be done, an all too rare practice these days. The installers were fast and efficient as well as pleasant and personable. How nice that an otherwise tedious chore has become a satisfying project..

We just had our Murphy Bed/Desk unit installed. It is the second time we've called on Mark and Ann to solve a den/bedroom space problem for us and the second time everything went perfectly. Great design, reasonable price, wonderful communication and the best installation team we've ever encountered. This IS the more space place.

Unfortunately for many consumers, today's purchasing atmosphere can be precarious and frustrating, mostly because sales personnel are lax in knowledge of products, are not properly trained, show little patients as a consumer mulls a potential purchase, or have become, simply, order takers.One recent exception for my wife and me occurred as we searched for additional space within our condo. An extremely knowledgeable sales lady, Ann DeZuani, provided a knowledgeable array of recommendations amid demonstrations and our subsequent purchases became a most delightful experience.In purchasing a Murphy Bed with flanking drawers and closets, plus a home office, consisting of a long desk and overhanging storage space and cabinets, we happily discovered the important and precise installation of these furnishings to be accomplished flawlessly and with professionalism. Without hesitation we are pleased to say our dealing with Ms. DeZuani and the two-person installing crew was perfection.

We recently purchased a home in the area and were looking for a murphy to be installed. We flew in from the West Coast of Canada for 5 days to shop & time was of the essence. We had been recommended to go to the More Space Place at 14680 Tamiami Trail S. in Fort Myers by a competitor and other Canadian friends of ours. We were even told to ask for the Manager/ Owner Mark Dezuani in person and he would help. And Help he did! Mark presented us with several immediate options...gave us very competitive pricing and arranged for delivery and his installer to do the job the very next morning! We were looking for a custom closet at a reasonable price. Mark (owner) helped us design a great closet, making maximum us of the space available. He gave us many good tips gleaned from his long experience of designing closets - things we hadn't considered. In the end, we got a great closet which, as it turned out, was substantially less expensive than I supposed. The installation was done when Mark said (which in itself is surprising) and by a crew who was polite, made minimal mess and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, this was the best experience we had among many others in the course of finishing our home. Mark gave us exactly what we were seeking - quality job at a reasonable price. We would use him again in a heartbeat and would give an unqualified recommendation.

Ann was extremely helpful in the purchase of my panel bed. She assisted me with customizing the piece, and was quick to respond to the questions that I had. The installers were courteous, professional, and clean. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a murphy/panel bed.

This is the second time that we have used More Space Place in Fort Myers for our home. Both times, we have been extremely satisfied, both with the sales staff and the installation crew.
