I lost my brother two days after Christmas at the age of 55 years old. Two weeks later to the day he wife had a heart attack and died on the spot. Now what do I do my sister-law had not made any arrangements for his cremation so I had to find my brothers body at Medical Examiner office.Now what do I do I make one call and all is well Gina answered my call for help. She walked me through everything I could do and Richard and Lisa worked with me and my nightmare was over everything was great. My brother is at rest now and my family is so Grateful to the staff at Mortuary Services Of Florida . Wonderful Staff and Service Thank You All

A parents worst nightmare to be in NY and get a phone call at 1:39 am that your 31yr old daughter hard died unexpectedly. Gina, Marcella and staff were true voices of angels as everything had to be done over the phone. No matter what time, day or night no question was too big or small for them to answer. They truly were our beacon of light when the waters around us felt so dark!. They treat us & our daughter with the upmost dignity and respect. They assured us our daughter would be safe as Hurricane Matthew bared down on Florida. Everything had to be delayed due to the hurricane and they kept us updated on a daily basis. Even after the cremation was done they called us to see if there was anything else they could do for us. For us it felt like we were talking with family members NOT a business. I wish there were more stars to give. We had an unexpected loss of a close loved one. Without getting in details about it, I just want to share that he went to soon. I had not only deal with my grief but i was also responsible for arranging his cremation. I spoke with friends and looked on the internet. As being my first time dealing with this, I did have a few questions and called them regarding those concerns. The lady I spoke with was knowledgeable and answered each question thoroughly.

I have only good things to say about Mortuary Services of Florida. I had no worries, was kept up to date, there were no hidden fees, they are available 24 hours a day by phone, which makes this difficult time easier to deal with.
