Worst place ive ever lived. The management is awful and so rude and do not fix things went a few times with no AC for weeks at a time. Roaches everywhere. They dont control tenants that make noise and harass other neighbors no matter how many times you complain and when another sees someone act crazy then they all think they can act that way. Maintainence is a joke doesnt know how to do anything my apartment was fine when moved in then they dirty up your place and make things worse and say things are done but are not and landlord thinks your lieing even though you have pictures i have mulitple leaks hole in ceiling and no fully functioning bathroom. They dont spray for bugs and dont clean up trash or clean hallways absolutely the worst place ive ever lived. Please dont rent from here u will be very disappointed no amenities nothing. And with all the drug dealers u will hear constant traffic with loud bass and shakes your whole place and squeaky floors there is so much to say. Also dont know how they got A from bbb when i made a report and it was never taken care of. People have gotten robbed right in front of my place and gun went off in next apt so much crime they told me 24 hour security police said they are required to provide security because its that bad.
