Provided by YP.comSame story as every other. Beware it is a scam and prices are way out of line. Was never told about their refund policy as the employee didn’t speak enough English to understand. She told me one price a charged almost double. Told her I didn’t want it and she said look at your receipt it says no returns

Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE ! My husband went here & purchased 2 perfumes Armani code & Merveille (never heard of). He was told one price & was overcharged didn't notice it because the cashier says I will put the receipt in the bag. Well upon viewing the receipt their is no itemization just a grand total. I called the store & she gave me the prices on both which were ridiculous Armani Code $78, Merveille $89 (looked it up online & that perfume goes for $19) Still nothing added up to the charge of $185.49 they cant explain it. Worst place to shop hands down!!!!!!!!!!! Will be reporting them to the better business bureau & have contacted my card company to dispute the charges, HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE!!!!!!!!!! Then they state no refunds only at the bottom of the receipt where they do not tell you at all prior to purchasing!!!!!! NI SIGNS NOTHING!!! SCAMMERS

Provided by YP.comOn Jan 21, 2013 I entered Perfume collection seeking out a new fragrance. The sales lady was extremely helpful! After demonstrating maybe 15 scents I choose two scents i was delighted with. The sales lady explained they were "imported" and expensive one that was $145, the other $150. I really liked the scents so i agreed to both and she gave me a "deal". I walked out with both scents for $251.20 (tax included).
While continuing shopping I passed another retailer that had BOTH fragrances for $120 (tax not included).
A little upset with the disparity I returned and asked for a refund. Both fragrances were in the original unopened boxes, receipt in hand, and less than 1hr since purchase.
I was informed that they do not accept refunds (only store credit) and that I could exchange the fragrance if I would like.
As a "condolence" for being overpriced the sales woman did give me a third bottle of cologne free of charge.
Once I returned home I looked up MSRP for the items I was given. $65, $30, $20. (On a side note, All 3 bottles were available for purchase for <$23 online.... This is not quite a fair comparison and i expect to pay more at a brick and mortor store. However, it does give an idea of the wholesale cost and the companies markup)
All and all, this could have been avoided with a simple refund, OR pricing items at a reasonable markup. Before complaining I paid $251 for TWO items ($65, $20). 270% above MSRP is just deceptive and wrong.
