I have just recently moved close to the Bonita Grande Crossing Publix (Store #00843). I have filled my prescriptions for the last six months through their pharmacy but recently I was confronted by a new pharmacist Bhairavi Youngblood She said, “You need to find a new pharmacy to fill your prescriptions, I refuse to do it”. This shocked me as I have never had any issues with Publix filling my prescriptions. I asked why? She Said, “Your doctor is under investigation and I will not fill prescriptions for that doctor”. I found myself defending my doctor. I love this doctor and I did not feel that she had her facts straight. The pharmacist was rude and she placed me in a very uncomfortable spot. I latter found out that my doctor was not under investigation and this pharmacist was wrong. It turns out that the pharmacist still does not have to fill my scripts if she does not want too. Nevertheless, Mrs. Youngblood should not have publicly slenderized my doctor. I found out that the Publix chain of grocery stores does not employ the pharmacist and I could not complain to anyone. Therefore, I am doing my best to let you know to stay away from this pharmacy.
