Provided by YP.comIf you play Mah Jongg, are visiting Fort Myers and want a game, are new in the area or want to learn Mah Jongg, this is definitely the place. Last March I stumbled upon this club when I was searching to learn the game and continue to play there twice a week. The Director, MariAnne Albano has been teaching Mah Jongg and offering day games and weekend tournaments for ten years in the Fort Myers area. The club uses National Mah Jongg League rules and has a few house rules that are consistent with tournament play. The ladies are friendly and quick to help with house scoring and rules. They have a small shop where one can buy National Mah Jongg League official score cards, Mah Jonng sets, etc. In addition, she keeps abreast of all local games and tournaments.

Provided by YP.comActually, I did tell my best friend about this place! I told her that I finally found a place for the two of us to learn to play Mah Jongg. We would also be able to play there after we learned.
We took our lessons almost three years ago and since then,Mah Jongg has become a huge part of our life. The Purple Dragon Mah Jongg Club is at the center. We have made many friends and all of them also love to play Mah Jongg.
Due to the fact that so many in our area are snow birds, it's great to have a place that is open on specific days and always has a Mah Jongg game going.
We love it!
