I have never in my life had to write a review well bad one anyway!!!! I called this company after my husband totaled our car.. Of course as of any normal person I was upset! The guy that owns and answered the phone was soo rude!! He told me he didnt want to rent to me because I was very upset!! So I went to Hertz where they treated me like gold! and upgraded my car no charge and understand why id be upset! If your smart you should stay away from this guy... Hes rude and now I see why Ive never heard of the company! Do youself a favor..Go to Hertz
