Thanks to Rob the Phone Doctor, I didn't need to shell out $200 for a new phone when my old phone only needed a simple fix! You saved me so much money. I sent the phone to him and had it back in just a few days for a very reasonable fee. The entire experience was very professional!

Rob the phone doctor provided excellent service with a lightning fast turn around! Quality service that I highly recommend, whether you're able to drop by the store or mailing your phone in (what I did). Great job!

Very disappointed of this guy, I took my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus withe a bad lcd not broken and he looked at it and say that's gonna cost me $350.00 to fix it, 20 min later he called me was ready and the phone apparently was good with a use lcd that he use, 3 weeks later a couples green lines shows up into the phone I notice he didn't glue it well the same corner that was damage and he said some Bullshit about the phone had physical damage and he can't warranty it how in he'll you gonna install a use LCD and not gonna warranty it. So after I paid $350.00 he told me there's nothing he can do by charge $285.00 to do it again. What a prank! Bad business people should go to that place horrible service. I should take him to court for he's scams as a business.

So I took my htc one in to have the glass and screen changed out. Which is simple to do and seems to be a common thing sense he had the parts in stock on hand and he said 1 hour. That is where the good ends. He was $25+ more than the guy right across the street from him but I have used him many, many, times so I said ok. I got my phone back 3 hours later after not being called to puck it up even after saying to please call. Upon picking it up the glass was "pregnant" I said something than and all I get was "its supposed to look like that" and I just didn't have the time to argue. Well the next morning the phones glass was lifting off so I went back to my spare until I could get back over there and when I did get back over there less than a week later he gobbed a bunch of glue on it and said"I'm not going to warranty this its your fault" well glue wasn't the issue the new screen not being put in right was the issue and of course the glass cracked from the pressure of the screen pushing up on it so now I'm back to square one just $106=tax less. Will anymore phones go his way thanks to me NO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob was a nice enough guy, but I dropped my iPad off on Tuesday, came back next day as advised and walked in to pay, I tried to turn it on and the battery screen popped up with many lines of damaged pixels. Not sure how he didn't check the repair by testing the screen before he gives the product back, but somehow he missed it and I would have walked out non the wiser. When I showed it to him, he looked at it and said that I was right and said it got damaged and to come back again the next day. So I came back the next day and he told me that he must have been too rough before installing and damaged the actual LCD screen behind it, so he replaced the glass, digitizer and LCD screen and that it was his fault he should have checked it. The PROS: when he made a mistake, he corrected it and didn't try and blame me, got a new LCD out of it. The CONS: The back aluminum of the iPad was spotless when I gave it to him, always in a case, only dinged on the edge from my son dropping it, after I got it back it looked like it was slid around across surfaces without care. Also the edge was a bent, so to get the glass on straight he had to pry the metal back with pliers and that made it sharp and just terrible looking. I called him after I got it home and let him know that he should have let me know this damage could have occurred because I expected better. He agreed and wasn't rude and said he would take it into consideration. Not bad work over all, but I may try another repair service next time and I will ask if there is potential for damage to occur...

Buyer Beware!!!

Can I give a 0/4? I BROUGHT my galaxy s4 , which I unfortunately dropped and cracked the screen, to Rob. The screen worked fine bc the digitizer was not damaged but I did not like the cracked look. Rob said he could not replace just the glass but the entire screen with digitizer because thats the way he does it. I agreed to the outrageous price of 275$$!!! 20 minutes later rob calls me over and tells me my phone will not work with his aftermarket screen and digitizer and that there is no way he can fix it. I said ok just put the old screen back on and ill just use that. Rob then tells me he broke my digitizer trying to take it off. So now im left with no phone!! Rob would not even trade out my phone to any used phone in his store!! He said he cannot sell a broken phone.. lol its the phone you made UNUSABLE!! He said its a risk I should have known.. Buyer beware!!! This guy is a joke

I brought my daughters iphone 4 into Dr. Rob to repair a broken screen. He not only fixed her screen, he fixed her earpiece (speaker), which she was having a hard time hearing the people she spoke to and in addition wasn't letting me out of there without making the phone perfect, there was also something wrong with the proximity sensor in the phone which didn't work properly, muting her calls when it hit her ear. $100.00 instead of $200 or more to replace it! Great, thanks!

iPhone 4 cracked screen

Not only was he 2 hours late for work he broke my front camera and would not take responsibility for it. Sure, he fixed my cracked screen, while doing that he tampered with the front camera lens and now the camera does not work. (The fromt camera worked prior to taking it to him.) never will I go there again or referr anyone to him!

Surprised anyone would go to this guy - incompetent and aggressive, tried to get upsell my girlfriend a whole bunch of stuff. I had to go myself and practically stand over his shoulder to make sure he didn't try to force upgrades on her. A lot of other repair stores around, not worth dealing with this crook.

We are sorry that you felt you & your girlfriend were mistreated, However, not anywhere in your post does it mention an issue over a REPAIR, Rob the Doctor does not sell service, we dont have anything to "up sell" or "up grade". Are you sure you were at Rob the Phone Doctor?

ATTN APPLE CUSTOMERS: Rob the ...

ATTN APPLE CUSTOMERS: Rob the Phone Doctor charges $130 to replace a broken iPhone 4 screen. The Apple store will charge you $150 for a BRAND NEW iPHONE if you accidentally broke yours. By no means am i discrediting the work that Rob does, I am simply providing those of you, who are in the same situation as myself with a broken iPhone 4 screen, with some valuable information. My phone fell less than 24 inches out of my pocket on thanksgiving face down and shattered. First I went to the Apple store to see if they could do anything but they said my only option was to pay $150 to have my phone replaced. I decided to see if i could get the screen fixed for less than it is to have the phone replaced and the only person in the area that fixes phones is Rob and as mentioned before, he charges $130. And once the iPhone is opened the warranty is voided so if it still does not work after then you are SOL. My advice to those of you who have a broken iPhone 4 screen is to pay the extra $20.

We try our best to provide a creditable service. We have been repairing phones for over 10 years. As for Apple, yes they charge 149, for a REFURBISHED IPhone 4. Many times customers have requested we repair their phone because they dont want to risk losing info, in which case this would happen with a refurbished phone from Apple. Also with a refurbished phone, you as a customer dont know what or where that refurb came from. Rob the Phone Doctor charges 100. for an Iphone 4 screen repair
