Horrible Florist and rude rude rude! My daughter went though FTD to send me a Mothers Day arrangement. She upgraded them and paid $67 What she ordered The Light of my Life arrangement and what Ruth Messmer Florist send out to me where to totally different things. FTD bright colors flowers of orange and fuschia. This florist sent me half dead red carnations, a bunch of purple daisies and some brown orchids that will not open because they are died and cheap filler flowers.

When I called the florist the manager was rude said they could and would substitute and that they did not get $67 from FTD.

I have sent and received flowers all my adult life and this is the worst arrangement I have ever seen. Don't be ripped off by this so called "FLORIST"

This is the second time they sent flowers which were significantly less costly than what I had paid for through FTD. I ordered a $90 arrangment, they sent a $15 arrangment using different flowers. They believe that the person recieiving them won't know what the giver actually ordered. Pathetic, they should be put out of business. I wish I could post a picture.
