We rented a tracfab motorized scooter with tracs for my husband who has ms & can't get down to the beach. This thing was fantastic! For the first time in quite a few years my husband was able to get down to the beach to watch his grandkids collect shells & play on the beach. It's a bit pricey to rent, but worth every penny to see my husband enjoy something that he loved to do on our vacations in the past. Both of the gentlemen that we dealt with were very nice & explained to us all we needed to know on how the tracfab worked. The delivery & pickup to the house we stay in on the beach went smoothly. I would definitely rent from them again.

Three ladies from Montana: My sister and I wanted to take our Mom (86) on a little trip to Florida. Tom's advice helped guide our decision to rent both a scooter and an electric beach chair. With the scooter, Mom had her independence! She went with us on the sidewalk for the South Beach Art Deco tour, on Duval Street in Key West, the boardwalk in the Everglades, and right along with us as we pedaled down the bike path on Sanibel Island. With the beach chair, Mom had her freedom! Up and down the white sand shoreline on an epic adventure to collect her very own sea shells. Tom at Scooters Plus...the rentals were such a great experience, we are coming back next year!

We have purchased another scooter/power wheelchair fro this company. They are always in a great mood. Which is nice when we bring dad from the Dr. office. He is doing better plus we traded in his old scooter on a new electric wheelchair. Thank you for spending time with dad.

We purchased the Acorn stairchair after the evaluation of the home we just purchased. Even though Scooters Plus was a little higher in price it was so obvious they actually knew what they were doing. We spoke to 2 other companies and they did not instill the same feeling we got with Scooters Plus. They answered questions we didn't think of asking and installed it on time and in one day.

We had rented scooters from Scooters Plus in the past which with that success we naturally spoke to them for this project. Thanks again.

We foolishly ordered a wheelchair online and it turned into a nightmare. Thank you for helping our mother with the repairs and selling her the right scooter not a wheelchair, and not pressuring us. Thanks again and Gram said thank you. You might not remember us but we remember you all. It is easier to ask face to face. We didnt have to pay more to buy in the store vs online. The thing that we liked is they have a free loaner if she has to have her scooter serviced.

I work with LEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, a student is in need of a wheelchair to complete his senior year. It was too much of a financial hardship for the family with no insurance. I reached out to Scooters Plus and immediately the owner phoned me back to say they would be glad to assist with a donation. There is something to be said for a Business thriving and still caring about our community!

Our neighbor was a wounded warrior and used Scooters Plus in the past and i also have there recommendation. Once again we used Scooters Plus and they were again on time with the wheelchair and had showed up with several to the beach which saved the vacation. They were there within a couple hours and gave us a discount because we were a family of Veterans. It is comforting to know we canbn continue to rely on the company and there serving the minoity part of town where we live and the store is is appreciated.
We will use them agin and thank syou.

My dad is a disabled WW2 veteran. He had fallen and broke his walker.The VA would take a couple of weeks to replace it. So i called Scooter Plus and Tom told me he would re-route his van and go to my dads home within two hours. He fitted my dad for the walker and didn't charge for the delivery. His timely service and compassion was greatly appreciated. He eliminated a potential disaster if my dad had to walk without a walker for two weeks.It's refreshing to know that people truly care about the elderly and the veterans. I highly recommend Scooters Plus;but more than that Tom who went out of his way to assist us. Thanks again Tom.

My dad is a 93 year old disabled WW2 veteran. he fell and broke his walker. The VA would have taken over two weeks to replace it. I called Scooters Plus and spoke with Tom. He re-arranged his van schedule and drove to my dads home within two hours and fitted my dad for a new walker. This prevented my dad from having to wait and possibly falling. There was no delivery charge because he was a veteran. It's nice to know that there are compassionate people that will go out of there way to help the elderly and the veterans. Tom was great and I highly recommend Scooters Plus. Thanks Tom.

Words cannot explain the most wonderful time our son had renting the power beach wheelchair from Scooters Plus. This one of a kind beach Wheelchair was able to do everything he wanted to do in the sand. We have tried other beach chairs before and all have failed and got stuck. The Scooters Plus Beach wheelchair was the BEST EVER. See the photo we uploaded. We will rent again in the future for sure.

At first we thought they sold us the wrong scooter because we wanted a 4 wheeler. After we used the 3 wheeler for a couple days it turned out to be the right right scooter. The 4 wheeler would have been too long just like they said. The 3 wheeler turned down the hallway perfectly. Thanks for the rear basket suggestion also it helps so much

Same day delivery after we got mom out of the hospital. Scooters Plus gave us a loaner walker for a week for free. Then we bought the 4 wheeled walker. Thanks for the loaner it helped us decide that the 4 wheeled was right for her as you suggested and not the three wheeler like the nurse said. The 4 wheeler was much morr stable. we will dom business afgain

The repairs to our scooter were quick and affordable. We were given a free loaner when Scooters Plus Advanced Mobility ordered the parts so the vacation went off without a hitch. Gram had a great time and the beach wheelchair was perfect. Will use again

Called ahead for a rental. The scooter was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. The beach wheelchair which was electric, worked perfect. Thks for the easy rental. Yes we would use again.

We are not from Fort MeYers We called Saturday and they came to the hotel and repaired the tire on the wheelchair. It took an hour to get out and do the repair but that was ok. Thanks

The rental was super clean or maybe new. The Scooter Rental was delivered a day ahead of time. We are new to renting scooters and had a question on how to charge it. We called at 9pm on Sunday and were called by the oncall tech. within 30 minutes. YES we would rent again.
