I also had a very negative experience! However, it was with dress alterations. I took in 4 dresses (3 were brand new with the tags still on and one had been worn once). A woman named Victoria was the person who wrote down how much needed to be taken off. She did not measure me or use pins on the dress to indicate where they needed to be taken in, but I trusted her judgements. I had no reason not to since the website says they do precise alterations. Instead, she used "eyeballing" and wrote down way too much to be taken off. This business does not have a seamstress onsite, but instead contracts the business out. I guarantee that if the seamstress had been there to pin the dress, then I would not have had the issues that I experienced. I now have 1 dress that turned out okay, 2 that fit like a glove (meaning I cannot breathe or feel comfortable in them, and one that wouldn't even zip up so the owner told the seamstress to sew material back in and now it looks ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRESS ALTERATIONS! I also had to drive to Stadium Cleaners and the seamstresses actual house 5 times in two weeks to try to remedy the problem and I paid $115 for alterations that were not precise! I will never go here again nor recommend to others.

If I could rate this a negative star I would. I have been using stadium dry cleaners do a few years now and never had an issue. I recently brought my 1 year old suit to be dry cleaned before heading to Canada for my cousins wedding. The day of the wedding I put the suit on and could not zipper the pants they were so small. The jacket felt like it could rip at the seams. I missed the ceremony because I had to purchase/hem new pants. Upon returning I spoke to Victoria who told me she would speak to the owner. The next day she called and wanted me to bring the suit in. I brought the suit, pictures showing the suit didn't fit and a picture from a previous wedding (1 month ago) that shows the suit fitting perfectly. The owner refused to reimburse me the cost of the suit ($200) or the cost to dry clean the suit ($20). He offered me a $100 credit and said that's all he can do for me. I will never bring my clothes to this dry cleaners and neither will my family! Horrible way to do business sir

My wife took one her favorite pants suits in, for elastic and cleaning. They charged her $27 . When she went to pick it up, it was all bloched and ruined. We had it cleaned several times before by another cleaner, with no problem. Whe she met with the owner he was rude, blamed it on the suit. He refused to reimburse her for the cleaning, or the suit. We could not believe his attitude, or his lack of customer concern, and his arrogance. Beware of this cleaner.
