Owner Tim from Ft Myers location promised more than what he could deliver. Bought. $4,000 shed had it delivered on 8/24/16 and was told by Tim he would stop by my place to ensure that my shed would be able to be delivered via crane or delivery truck. Tim never verified that I indeed would need a crane so soon delivery sub contractor had an issue that clearly could have been solved if Tim stood by his word and verified by viewing the property like he said he would. He gladly took my money and then told me to figure it out. I was then told if I decide to go with a crane I would be charged $125 for delivery fee when I was told delivery and placement was included. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a shed. They are quick to promise you things when signing and handing over money but don't follow through. Tim is a joke and his professionalism as well.
