The Dog Resort is located on Metro Parkway in Ft Myers just north of Crystal Drive. Open every day of the year from 7 AM - 9 PM. We are here 24 hours every day to care for the dogs. We offer daycare 7 days a week. Boarders can be dropped off and picked up any day. You can pre-pay for boarding or day care for discounts. Professional grooming is by appointment. Self-service dog wash and self-serve grooming available every day after 5 p.m. and all day Sunday. Dog training classes by Lyn Morningstar on Wednesdays. Lyn also does in home dog training. We sell raw and natural foods, treats and supplements to keep your pup healthy in addition to accessories and gifts in our boutique. Foster dogs through P.A.W.S. Lee County are available for adoption.

Lyn Morningstar Dog Trainer

Lyn Morningstar come to my home for a private dog lesson for 1 hour 30mins which I was to pay $80 for. There was no interaction with my dog at all! She gave me a folder of papers to read and talked to me about some puppy information. No training was done! I was very upset with the cost for just getting papers. Some of the information was useful, but not for $80! I got ripped off! Not happy with my first lesson.

Would Highly recommend

My Keeshond stays here on a regular basis sometimes upto 4 weeks whilst I travel abroad, she loves it and I always am at ease leaving her. The staff are caring and excellent, I would highly recommend.

MY PUPPY LOVES THIS PLACE!!

I have a 5 month old Weimarner and he loves going to The Dog Resortthe moment we pull into the parking lot he is ready to get out of the car to run in and play.....he loves it there!
