Provided by YP.comI HAD USED THESE GUYS FOR AWILE AND I WAS REALLY UPSET TO GET ONE OF MY YORKIES HOME TO FIND OUTTHAT THEY HAD CUT HIS PrivatesWHILE GROOMING HIM AND SAID NOTHING TO ME WHEN I PICKED HIM UP, I FOUND THIS OUT WHEN I WENT TO CHANGE HIS BELLY BAND AND FOUND IT FULL OF BLOOD. I CALLED THEM AND THE OWNER SAID THAT THE OTHER GUY HAD GROOMED HIM AND SAID NOTHING OF CUTTING HIS Privates AND HE DID OFFER TO PAY THE VET BILL BUT SAID HE HAD NO MONEY. I WOULD NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAING FOR THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DISHONEST AND IF THEY HAVE AN ACIDENT THEY HAVE NO MONEY OR INSURANCE TO COVER THEMSELVES, THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
I am sorry that this happened to your pet. I think that you may have us confused with another groomer. You mention in your post that "he" said that the other "guy" did the groom and that "he" had no money. Top Dog Grooming in Fort Myers, FL has employed 2 women groomers for the last 8 years, and it is owned and operated by Coral Veterinary Clinic. If there was a problem with the groom it would have been referred to me to speak with the client. Once again I am sorry that you had this experience and it was not taken care of properly for you.
