Provided by YPmobileThese guys know customer service. I asked them about my broken TV and they knew exactly what was wrong. We discussed repair cost and I decided to get it repaired. They did 1 trip and had me fixed up . I even purchased another TV from them. They were $100.00 cheaper on the price of a 51" TV then your big box stores. It's hard to fine customer service anymore. TV Center Electronics knows how to deliver customer service.

YELLOWPAGES.COM has WRONG NUMBER ! ! TRY 239-337-0187 from regular phone book!
I have the read the reviews and the only complaints I saw were about not returning calls.
YellowPages.com bought an OLD List - they have so many wrong numbers it is Horrific!
Try fixing it - it is impossible!! FCC is my next call myself.

Provided by YP.comThese guys were listed as a recommended repair shop for my Toshiba, but after 2 days of trying to call I finally left a message and a week later still no return call. While the economy seems like it sucks for everyone else; these guys must do o.k. not return phone calls or have good customer service at a time like this.
I agree w/ the other posts.....do not take your TV or anything else to this place!

Provided by YP.comNo one home!!!!!! No repair, no return phone call, no nothing. These people obviosly dont know how to use a phone or read there emails. How could I ever expect them to know how to fix my TV.

Provided by YP.comI had my warranty company, GE call TV center to repair my Television. They came out on 3/21/2008 and Still to date, 6/2 I have not heard one single word back from them. I called them today and they gave me a whole story about how the part was on order. I don't believe that it was on order for 2+ months. So she said she will have a so called "Tim" contact me the next day because he was out today. I understand if they would have had the part on back order, but they could at least have informed me of this. I would never use this business again for service.

Provided by YP.comWhen I had a problem with my new Samsung LCD TV, Samsung arranged a service request with the TV Center. After waiting for a week for them to schedule an appointment I attempted to call the businsess several times. All I got out of these attempts was the voice mail which no one responded to. The representatives at Samsung also have tried to contact the TV Center and have not had success. The one time that contact was made some one from the TV center called me to say that the person who schedules appointments was at lunch and that I would be contacted. That was 10 days ago and I still have not heard anything. I would recomend that people avoid this business as their needs will be ignored.

Provided by YP.comMy Sharp tv failed within the one year warranty periode. Sharp had a tech from the TV Center sent out to my house to find out what was wrong with it. He isolated the failed component and said it had to be ordered. He said we would be contacted within a few days about when we could expect him back to complete the repair.
When I hadnt heard anything after a week I called them but only got the voicemail. I left several messages but no one returned my calls.
After many tries I finally got hold of a person. I was told he had to look into the matter and would call me back.....that never happend.
The TV Center also have a dedicated email address you can write to get the repair status of your tv.
My email request for an update went unanswered too.
After two weeks without knowing what was going on I called Sharp and complained about their choice of repair vendor. They informed me the spare part had been shipped and should have been installed in my tv by now. They then tried to contact TV Center themself without more luck than me. After more waiting, Sharp finally decided to just exchange my broken tv for a new one.
If this is the TV Center's normal way of doing business I would take a pass and look elsewhere.
