Verandah is a residential community operated by the Bonnita Bay Group that features Florida s traditional architectural patterns. Individual buildings are linked by walkways that tie into the more than nine miles of pedestrian walkways and fitness trails at Verandah, including a river walk and bicycle paths. Its River House features the Alligator Pear riverside restaurant, Jesse Fish lounge and outdoor seating on a deck.
