This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star, it just happens to be the lowest rating possible. After being bounced around to multiple people, I reached a voicemail with no returned call. This is the 2nd year in a row I have had to mail cc info to Florida so I can have a cc on file at my golf club. This is ridiculous, a simple phone call should suffice. 8 wks later it's still not on file and most likely never will be. Same as last year. I don't know if they actually do any work here. What a waste of everyone's time and $

They do not solve any issues. They leave them ongoing and offer no resolution. What they manage I have no idea.

They never call back, never resolve the problem. Never want to be helpful. Yet if you get late on HOA due they ever too eager to let their attorneys on you even if you are 30 days past due. Not so quick on customers service.

VALERIE is one of the managers and is EXTREMELY rude! You do not want to deal with this company!



They told me I need more paperwork to move in then changed their mind a week later. Do not work with them!!

As a homeowner in one of the communities that S&S Gulf management company look after i can fully relate to the above persons comments. I have had personal experience with this company and they lack communication skills and people skills. They are very rude and inconsiderate. The only thing that seems important to this company is themselves not the homeowners. I would not recommend this company to anyone and we are hoping that in the near future our community can change companies.

Please beware before you consider using S&S Golf Management Services. As a homeowner in one of the communities that S&S is in charge of, I am very disapointed in the staff. They are extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. They are very condesending when addressing concerns to do with the property that they "manage". I have "never" dealt with such unprofessional human beings in my life. Do your research with some of the other companies before you contact this one. I can assure you, you will not be impressed with them.
