Horrible customer service. After waiting two weeks to get a waiting appointment, I show up to find out that it was not the scheduled time of my appointment, ask for a courtesy driver, only to then find out from a smug man that they would be leaving after lunch and I would have to find my own ride back. Tried calling the manager only to get voicemail although he was in the office. I then was told I should've received an email reminder of my appointment which I never did since they never asked for my email address. I have gone to Brandon VW for 5 years with outstanding service, never did it take that long to get an appointment and never did I have a rude attendant, if the normal courtesy driver was off someone else filled in. As a new resident of Ft. Myers I will not be going to that dealership for anything. Called Midas and they got me right in! This dealership needs to rethink their customer care!

Great Car Great Dealership

Hey guys, I just wanted to give a shout out to John and Parrish at VW they sold me a new Jetta and I couldn't be happier. I got the deal I wanted and I never felt like they were trying to rip me off.Thanks again for being what people should be more often. Decent.Frank
