I don't ever leave reviews but this company definitely deserved one. Anywho - I hate having to even give 1 star. Our set was supposed to be done in 3-4 weeks - took two months and that was with us calling every single day the last few weeks to try and get them to do the job. They damaged the set and were supposed to replace the parts...3 months later still nothing and apparently haven't even ordered the parts yet. Worst company we have ever dealt with. HORRIBLE communication, no one there has a clue what's going on, they blame everything on someone else, talk bad about each other...I would rather stick my hand in a blender and jump in a tub of acid then deal with these people again. I guess I'll throw in that the arm on the chair that was welded broke again within two weeks of having it back.

West Coast Powder Coating is not the place to go if you want a blemish-free finish.

Powder coated my old peeling furniture. Staff was very courteous, helpful and they made it look brand new again!! :) I've recommended them to a couple of neighbors who ended up going there and they are all very satisified. Thanks again guys!!
