In my experience with Wilbur Smith and it was not my first choice it was base on word to mouth I found him to be unpleasant on the phone he will only be nice to before you pay him, whatever you do on his rate do not pay him a flat rate because once he got your money you will not be able to get a hold of him he will not take your call and his office staff are as bad. Take hourly rate if by unknown reason you deiced too hire this idiot because you will fire him when get to know him and he will ask for more money on flat rate anyway.I’m writing this review because if someone will do that for me when I was looking to hire an attorney I will never waist my money on him , I look at his website for info, I like what I have seen 40 years experience all those title that mean nothing:He served his first eight years as a Councilman of the City of Fort Myers (1980 to 1988), and then as Mayor of the City of Fort Myers.To my surprise he was clueless in the court s
