Management has an UNETHICAL PROBLEMS! I don't even surrender the keys until the last 2 days of my due date but I even tell to the manager to move out ahead of time not on the day I moved out they don't even communicate with me though am gone and left some stuff. They let somebody to painted without concerning my privacy. Then they have the nerves to charge me of the mess I did???? That's why I didn't surrender the keys yet so I have time to clean it up. I move out 2wks before the end of the month. I talk to the manager 2months before the end of the contract. I paid 4 monthes advance payment for my "6months" short contract and even paid 2 advance payment for the last 2 months of my stay. Then they're saying am rude for not informing them I would moved out????? They should have called me. The manager told that I don't called them so they painted plus she says that she don't even know if I am going to return the keys. Is that the kind of the manager she is? She don't deserved to be a manager of this apartment not even this apartment to be called "Luxury Apartment". All the noise you could hear even how your neighbor love making & snorring! And they are allowing big dogs or 4 dogs in live with other neighbors. No wonder poop are all around the lawn so kids won't play or could pass by...
I hate to say but try to look around before you want to live here!!!! They only nice once you get in for the money. The people stay here only because they're near to their work. BTW, they increase their rent without explaination. I should have listen to other peoples feedback. good thing am on a short contract anyways. No wonder every month people move out!

Great views of the pool from the balcony, especially at night. Friendly neighbors and management. Pools are great and courtyards are kept clean. I lived at Fountain Brook for 2 years and thought it was very nice place to live.

The old lady who runs it has a attitude problem!!! Management not helpful at all. You can hear your neighbors through the wall. Teo thumbs down!!
