They have got this idea of now charging $6.99 instead of the $5 wash or a monthly membership for $20. The inside of the car wash smells like sewer, the wash does not get all the soap off, vacuums don't always work and the drying towels are soaked from the water off the roof. Not going back!!! Sounds like greed to me to go up $2 all at one time.

Pal’s has gone down hill. I’ve been going since the day it opened when Ryan Burwell was running it. The equipment is outdated, furniture and fixtures delapidated, and customer service is non-existent. Be prepared to go home and finish washing your car if you do go. You will not be able to get the mildewed towel smell out of your interior either.

This is the worst car wash I have been to in the area. Wash was poor and left soap on my car. Self Vacuum stalls half of them didnt work or the nozzle wasnt attached or wouldnt stay on. Another lady had been to 2 different ones and said they didnt work I tried out of 4 before getting one that worked. I will not waste my money again on this place. If i could have left no stars I would have.

visited Pals today and opted for the $6 car wash. only one car ahead of me at the pay station, took 10 min. before i could move up. Car wash left my car spotted and filmy. Go to the do it yourself vacumn and only 2 working. Had to wait for one of them to become available. Then NO cleaning cloths available. Asked to speak to a manager, he sent a worker saying "he wants to know what's wrong?" Told him to tell his boss that I will Never return here. Poor management, poor service. This place won"t be around long at this rate.

Omg..the guy used a mildewed rag..my car smells of mildew now..left red rag fibers all over dashboard..didn't bother to remove the papertowels my kid left in the door pocket..nor take the 3 items out of the back to vacuum under them..that was the 25.99 pkg..no thx..my kids do a better job for 10 bucks..

Horrible carwash! Total waste of money. Front and sides of my minivan were cleaned and the back end was untouched. When I requested to run through the wash they told me no... I couldn't expect the back of my minivan to get cleaned. They told me that's why they set free rags out. If you're looking for terrible customer service and a carwash that will do a wonderful job on 75% Pal's is the place for you!

Great car wash very clean. Oh the little short guy his name is Gilbert and there was Alex both moved back to Mexico. And for the problems with the car if you would've spoke to Justin owners son I'm sure he would've fixed the problem you had. And almost every morning the owner can be located in his office.

Just wondering what happended to the short fat guy and the young man who work with him they where great.I haven't seen them in a while since they have been gone the service there REALLY REALLY SUCKS.I'd really think twice before going there.
