Provided by YP.comI left my Shih Tzu there with the instructions not to cut his hair short because the weather is already beginning to cool. I told her to be sure to trim his toe nails. When I picked him up, some of his toenails may have been trimmed. The hair was cut so short that you could see his pink skin with black spots, not at all his hair color. If allowed to stay out in the sun his skin could be burned. There is an area on his back that seems like the razor was dropped - there is a divot. There were two groomers at the business, I think the young girl did the grooming. There are areas where it looks like he has razor burn. My neighbors say. "That doesn't even Look like your dog. I'm so angry about this that I have considered putting an ad in the Newspaper stating "Do Not Use This Groomer"

Provided by YPmobileAll the staff seem like you are an inconvienence to them. I make an appointment, drop him off and come back in an hour and he was not even started on. The next few times I just walk in when they open and she gets him done in 45 mins. This last time she gets rude with me and tells me I need to make an appointment bc she has never known me to make one. He has come back with razor burn and fleas and he is scared to death when I take him. I'm not so sure they are nice to him, especially since they are rude to me. I will never go back. I hear Dr. Wetstone in Ft Payne does a fantastic job.

Provided by YP.comI've taken my poodles, Teddy Bear and Lucky, a miniature and a toy respectively, to Pet Masters twice and was extremely pleased. They are careful and gentle with the dogs, follow my instructions well and the dogs are as happy as I am. At other place in Fort Payne they have cut off the crown (what is a poodle without hair on the crown of his head?!?!) or injured the dog by cutting too close. Pet masters is my groomer from now on.
