so incredibly rude I advise anyone to save your money and go elsewhere.
My order did not arrive, called to arrange new delivery time but the female I spoke to interrupted me to answer another call and rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes called me nasty names, used vulgar language and put the phone down on me. I am shocked that their are people like this in customer service, absolutely disgusting!

Unable to honor same day service but has no problem collecting the fee. Arrangement shows up completely not as described carnations instead of roses and then she argues she did it herself personally it was a hidious arrangement. Not only was the owner very rude disrespectful tried to be demanding and incorporate. Save your money go somewhere else

AWFUL!!! This florist should not be allowed to represent FTD. My son ordered flowers for me to be delivered on the Friday before Mothers Day. When they arrived on Saturday, they were not what he ordered and paid for. Moreover, the water in the vase was dark green and smelled. Except for some carnations, the entire bouquet had wilted and died in two days. Stay away from this place!!!

This company is HORRIBLE!! We ordered flowers for my daughter for mother's day. We paid for a beautiful bouquet to be delivered on mother's day. They ended up delivering the wrong bouquet (of lesser value) on the day before mother's day. We called and complained and asked that they deliver the correct bouquet. Instead they called my daughter, informed her that I had complained and got a refund (Which I never did) and then they actually went to my daughter's house on mother's day and took the flowers back. A horrible business and I will NEVER use them again.

I was due to get married during the Christmas Holiday. I went to every florist in town, and they couldnt do a thing for me. They just didnt have the time. I decided to try as a last resort, Abagails Florist in Ft Pierce. They welcomed me with the designer came out from the back, which was busy. He took my order with no problem and even stayed after hours to make sure it was done. I only gave him a three hour notice. My wedding was a last minute thing. The few things that I ordered were beautiful. I was mored than pleased. As a thank you all he wanted was a snickers bar. Much appreciated!!! Hats off to you!

what a wonderful blessing Abagails florist was to me at the time of my husbands passing. i had no idea what i needed, and miss abagail guided me through the process, and steered me away from the more expensive items. My George had a wonderful funeral and I didn't go broke ordering the flowers. Thank you again Miss Abagail

every time i go into the store, everyone is laughing and seem glad to see me. how nice to see people enjoying what they do

i , for one was so glad this store answered my call after hours. after explaining that there had been a death in the family and i was trying to get a bouquet to take over, the owners actually came down and reopened the store for me. the flowers were beautiful and i got to watch her arrange the flowers. all the time she talked to me and helped keep my mind occupied, telling me the history of certain flowers, and why she was using them. I felt truly blessed. thank you again Abagail's!!

the beautiful owner of this shop donated the entire funeral flowers form my family when we had an unexpected death, how she knew we couldn't afford much, and what made her be so generous is beyond me. the sympathy and support she and her staff showed went well beyond what was expected. what a blessing to the community.

ive had to talk to the owner a couple of times and everytime ive talked to her she seems very blunt and rude, and personally kind of intimidating!! maybe if they answered the phone with a nice greeting and smiled once in awhile things would be better. needs to practice better customer service all the time!!!
