Very disappointed in this business. They do not honor an agreement and have lied regarding services rendered in documents to the state. I still do not have the problem fixed with our van that we transport our daughter in and they are refusing to do the work. An estimate was given a year ago on the work needed and because the estimate was 11 months old they wanted a new estimate. So we made an appointment and before we can get there for the estimate Cash cancels the appointment stating Dale refuses to work on our van. Their website states they work with medwaiver clients however all we have gotten is the run around and lies.Poor customer service mainly falling on Dale. Good bye Buddies and you will not get referrals from us but quite the opposite.

From start to finish, Buddy's was fantastic! Excellent service, honest advice, friendly atmosphere. Dale, the owner, and his crew (Billy) gave top-notch, professional guidance for all of your vehicle needs! Thanks guys. It's rare to find such an honest business.
