New owners are very professional and courteous. Have used them for several small items (cut glass for frames) and one large project (35" x 79" laminate for a display case), they were great in helping install it at their shop. Justin and his guys are all very pleasant to work with. Won't hesitate to go back to them.

The worst customer service ever. Rude owner. High prices. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Never will go back. Owner cursed if you don't buy what he wants.

I was surprised how rude the owner was to me on the phone. I wound up canceling my order and going to port saint lucie glass because of the way I was treated!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAIR PRICING, THIS IS NOT IT. They add in hidden charges such as a "service call" fee without letting you know. If you question or ask about the charges, Mr. James Chauncey, the owner, becomes very rude. I wished I had followed the advice of the other reviewer.
