I disagree with the previous 1-star rating. I have been taking my dog to this groomer for several years and have never been disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and gentle with my special-needs dog (when I adopted her, she had previously been hit by a car twice so has to be handled a special way and she is blind in both eyes). The only thing I would like to see is more open hours to make it more convenient for people who work full time.

These people are horribly rude and use foul language if a customer is not satisfied, They are short-staffed and keep too many pets in cages for too long. I would never, ever take my beloved pets to this groomer. Horrible people, horrible customer service, and horrible conditions to cage your pets. There are too many good groomers in town that do an awesome job and are customer friendly. I suggest you find one of them. If you love your pet, do not take them here.
