Horrible company! They do NOT care about their clients, only $$$. When I built my house in the earlier 80s they put my unit in. Since then I have given them continuous business as normal wear and tear happened. Six years ago I even had my unit fully replaced due to age. Sept 2012 I was having issues, and called the company I have trusted in for years. They told me that my unit was shot and had to be replaced?! After 6 years? At that time they did replace a part and left me with that news of a $5000 job. So I had another company come out to get a second opinion recently. $300 later, the unit was fixed and guess what? It didn't have to be replaced. The new company had to replace a part this company put in in Sept though! It's a part that was guaranteed for 3 years though so I called to get my money back. Oh that didn't happen, of course. Poor service, lying to repeat a customer who have them business for over 25 years. Do not trust them for your first job then! They obviously don't care about anything but their pay check. It's ashame a company like this has lasted this long. Pleas take my advice and stay far away from them. I know a lot of people in this town for I am also a small business owner....trust me I will spread some quality word of mouth negative advertising for them.
