The children are properly placed in the appropriate age group. The staff member with the 4 year old has a ratio of 15+ to 1. The staff could not contain the children with bad behavior inflicting harm on others. One of the children threw a shoe that just cross my head and was allowed to run free along with his sibling. I observed this behavior on separate occasions visiting this daycare. The children are taken to the restroom at the start of the class, washing their hands when they finished. The worse part of that was they are made to sit on the floor along the wall until everyone was finished, putting their now clean hands on a filthy floor.
