my sharp carousel microware/convection oven needed repair. Sharp sent sizemore to my home. Best repairmen I have ever had, Richard and Danny were very professional and knowledgeable about this oven, they had all the parts with them to repair the oven which resulted in one trip to make the repair. I will be using them in the future for all my appliance repairs.

This place is horrible and a rip off. They have had my TV since September 30, 2016 and just not had it available on today November 18. Told me it couldn't be fixed but took forever to put back together. When arriving to pick it up the screen had a crack in it and he tells me he don't know what to tell me that I told you there is a possibility this could happen (when he didn't tell me that). Save you money and time with these people

Horrible experience with this vendor. Owner (Rich) is a nice guy, but his staff is incompetent and rude. They shipped me the wrong board, would not admit fault and told me that would not ship me the correct board because I was not a technician. I have an ET degree from DeVry and knew what I needed. Parts they sent looked shoddy and old. Avoid doing business with this company - they are condescending - business must be good for them since they are able to select the customers they want to sell to and tell the others to go somewhere else. Perhaps they didn’t t even have the part i was looking for and tried to push an alternate part. Avoid doing business with this shop if you can - they are not well organized and quite conceded.
