Customer service is terrible, does not show up on date promised, not compassionate to family of the deceased (rude), after initial contact it is near impossible to call and not get voice mail and they call back only if convenient. Not only will I never recommend due to my experience, but the groundskeeper at the cemetery will not recommend again. They were that bad. Families should not go thru these types of people when they have lost a loved one and are grieving.
