Worst experience ever, From sales to service department. Seems it's everyone's first day. Poor additude, nobody has answers and come across with personality that you need them not that they need customers. Same deal at 2 of the 3 dealerships, Ford and Chrysler. Shop else where, save some grief and headaches.
