Will tell every one to never use Allegiance! We have had issues with our Internet since the day it was installed. You couldn't use more then on device at a time nor could you Skype or play Xbox. If you got a page to open with out the Internet dropping you we're lucky! At first it was as the same service tech was living at our house. we had issues every day that we ended up with his personal number. every time you call in they say you are connected by clearly if i cant use the internet or my cable isnt working and im calling in then ITS NOT WORKING! the guy ended up rigging our house and only one jack would allow it to connect. finally we got tired of now have cable and paying so much to get only basic channels we witched. upon turning our cable off they turned everyhing off and when they turned it back on the internet wont work at all! It has been 2 weeks now that we have had service calls, 6 of them to be exact that they kept telling us all day someone would be there and then no one would show up. We have had no Internet now for a week. We have already changed our cable. Apparently they never have a manager there, they don't have numbers for the techs, to day they said they only had 3 and he person who was suppose to come yesterday and today (Erin) was tired so he went home to sleep plus yesterday when someone was suppose to be working in fort Riley he was off in a different part of Kansas and no one there even knew it because no one manages them. This is absolutely the crappest service I have ever had in my life. I work for home and this company has done nothing but cost me money!
