Horrible experience! I ordered a Trenta Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher. The Barista handed me the drink and as I was walking out of the store, I took my first sip. Immediately I felt something in my mouth, it was a broken fingernail with partial red nail polish on it. I returned to the store and told the Barista about it. I was treated very rude and did not receive an apology. The manager was not reachable. I complained to corporate who handled this in a very professional manner. I will avoid the Ft. Sill location and stick with my favorite store on Cache RD. They are amazing!
