Love Adorable Pets! They have boarded and groomed our pets for 7 years. We tour the shop prior to boarding and it is always clean and smells great. Our two shih tzus love going their, they wag their tails every time and are excited to go. They come home well groomed and looking pretty with bows and bandanas. Can't say enough good things about this great buisness!

Just molved to Ft. Smith and was looking for a groomer. Looked on line and read reviews. Reviews lead me to use Adorable Pets. What a mistake. The groomer butchered my dog. They coulded even get the hair cut even on one ear. All of the rest of her hair is choppy. Will never, never go back.

Wonderful place!!!! I used to take my dog to happy tails to get groomed until I discovered Adorable Pets. Adorable Pets is half the price of the last place I used plus they offer dog daycare and boarding. When I took my dog in to get groomed they groomed her exactly as I wanted plus a cute pink bow! I have been using their dog day care service as well while I go to work and my dog loves it. It has helped her calm down and get used to other people and dogs. The staff at Adorable Pets are very friendly and treat my dog like family. The building is clean and does not smell. I toured it before I brought my dog and the whole place looks clean. Like I said above, the grooming prices are great and the day care prices are very low as well! I am very pleased with prices and service.
