Had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru still got cold fries and a cold roast beef sandwich not the first time this has happened either

I dined in at 6611 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith today. The girl taking my order knew nothing about the menu and literally just walked away from the register in the middle of our order. The overweight, blonde manager was too was too lazy to look up calorie information and then sat in a booth gossiping with an underling.
