Provided by YPmobileThe hotel has BED BUGS. KACEY Front desk agent did not help solve situation instead just said your on discount anyway any nothing can be done. I hope she gets replace or train better in situation like this. Manager will b getting a call in the morning. BEST WESTERN Coporate has already been notified. Not taking the situation laying down. Something to be done to correct incident. Hope this help before your decide to stay at this property..

Provided by YPmobileStaff was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable as was the entire facility. Only concern was the breakfast was lacking in choices. Very poor selection. Price was best we have found at any best western in years.
