I would not recommend anyone living here unless you absolutely have no where to go. the landlord does not do anything to fix or repair your apartment. There is black mold, bed bugs and tons of roaches. Did i mention the mice? Its suppose to be emergency hud but i think they did a very bad job on picking this place for their program. I have lived here 2 1/2 years and here's some tips.. don't get to know your neighbors stay inside and don't talk to the landlord unless you have to. She will try and dish dirt and get into everyone's business. also she will try everything in her power to evict you specially when you report things like mold to hud. she says shes a christian but yet she will laugh in you face and evict you illegally. its happened to me plenty of times but i'm not like everyone i was able to show her it was illegal then she forgets and laughs it off. The neighbors which the landlord picks is trashy and try to get you evicted BC they have nothing better to do in their lives, also they are loud so dont expect them to have enough respect to be quiet so get use to you and your kids not having any sleep . Plus if you don't talk to them and ignore them you will be considered a snitch which is childish. I've caught plenty of people cooking meth and again landlord will deny so she doesn't have to pay to get it cleaned. Its non stop knocking from neighbors asking for stuff like ciggerettes , your phone, etc. you never have privacy and there has been a stabbing, shooting, apartment fires and cars set on fire due to crackheads and meth heads. And your car is not safe here, there is a break in at least twice a week. Wish there was a way to report this place but every time someone has tried the landlord will immediately evict you and if that happens then your off of hud for a year. I'm happy to say soon i will be gone!. never have i had to live in a situation like this. Its very unsafe for your kids and yourself. you've been warned.

@mishe92 i have been steam cleaning my carpets twice a week for 2 years and my water is still black and you cant see through it. when an apartment gets empty it stays trashy and messy for a month then they go in there with a mop and broom and that's it. the one apartment next to me had food and roaches where you cant even see the wall they were everywhere! ive calked the walls where all the cracks are and i still get roaches here every once and awhile. this place is disgusting!

this place is horrible. the bugs are everywhere. the place is run down. i shampooed the carpet after i moved her and it was just black water. they didn't even clean before we moved. the water leaks. the plumbing doesn't work right. some neighbors are okay. but most of them are trashy. a few do drugs. over all not a good experience. its okay place to stay if you are desperate like we were.

i thought the place was very trashy. I was going to rent a place the apartment it self was not that terrible but the other tenents are trash!! theres a breeze way where a guy was doing drugs and peeing on the wall. i was appalled. the neighborhood wasnt very safe either. a friend of mine told me about random shootings in the area of the apartments. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
