I have been a customer for over 2 years in and out I made so many pawns over the last year its ridiculous. I was personally in on 9/6 /19 and dealt with MATT I specifically asked about both my computer's stating we still have them and so I thought I was making payments to keep from loosing he failed to bring my 700.00 hp desktop current with a payment or two and told him soon as I get my disability check I will be in around the 26th to 27th yup ok see ya then on 9 /25 I happened to view the receipt and didn't see my desktop called and said they sold it upon checking I see the sold out on buya site for 341.00 on 9 /11 /19 very frustrated over this as I was in that store to take care of it but was failed to be presented or looked up correctly this could have been stopped. I will not stop I'm very very ticked off

This pawn shop is by far the best pawn shop around. They are always really nice and go out of their way to help me. They even have worked with me when times got hard. Keep up the good work

This pawn shop is by far the worst shop to go to as far as customer service goes. From my experience, the employees were rude and didnt seem to care if they made a sale or not. I was called a liar and accused of returning many items by one of the staff and when I asked if I could please speak or even have the store managers contact information, I was refused service. Never again will I shop there again.

These are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They will help you out the best they can. Every time I have been there I feel like I have gotten a fair deal and usually stay and talk to them for a while. This is the only pawn shop I go to.
