I've enjoyed my experince at Glo Tan Fort Smith until today when I went in to tan and the owner (I assume) was there and immediately began pushing products on me. I think he thought he was being cute when he said he thought I "looked like a Sodies kind of girl" but it wasn't cute. Whatever that meant I wasn't impressed and instead felt uncomfortable, not how you want to make your patrons feel. I had recently downgraded because I know I'll tan less as summer approaches, but I was told I had the rest of the month on my VIP bed access since the month was already paid for. He said no way, and said my VIP ended the day I downgraded and I would have to pay an additional fee if I wanted to use the VIP bed today. As a business owner myself I'm going to tell you this is bogus business ethics and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's too many places in town to tan at for me to waste energy being frustrated with one like this this.
