This is an excellent company. They actually do go out of their way to help you. They have always been very helpful and kind. My last encounter with Dave was beyond his job description I am sure of it. I had been taken to the hospital by EMS and did not have any oxygen tank to take with me on my return trip home 5 days later. Without my knowledge Dave was contacted and he strolls into my hospital room with a tank of oxygen in a cart for me for my ride home. This was all done within just an hours time! It has always been this way with this company, I call, they are there. I would never think of changing companies and certainly will always call them if I have a problem with any of my equipment. I highly recommend Aire Core.

5 years ago I bought a Bipap from Airecore. Tonight when my machine wouldn't start saying service required I called to get help. Due to some insurance snafu that I was never made aware of. Shawn Flannery told me to take my business else where and left me hanging in need of a machine for the night. 1 year after I purchased this machine it failed, they replaced it no problem. Then 5 years later I am refused service over something I was not aware if. I never received any notice or bill from this company telling me there was a problem. This is not a good way to treat your customer base. Go elsewhere, get the service you deserve!!!
