ALL of the positive reviews seem to be FAKE. Same type of wording, capitalized words, same flow in the sentences but my favorite is how they criticized the other review for spelling errors.

I've never been here before but I was reading someone's post about it "not being their favorite place" and noticed the horrible spelling errors... anyone who can't spell a simple word like "supposedly" correctly, will definitely not be swaying my judgement on a place any time soon. So I give this place 5 stars because I'm gonna make it MY favorite place!

I think someones trying to make this place look good. All 3 of the good reviews are on the same date back to back. Just saying....

Not my favorite place!!!! The three times I took my dog in to be groomed they were late getting there. They supposeofly open at 7:30am every morning, however I would find myself waiting in the parking lot for them to open all three times until about 7:40-7:45. This put me in a pickle because I had to be at work at 8:00! Most professionals would be in the shop and have it ready to be opened at 7:30 as the sign states not running in at 7:45 with their purse getting the lights turned on while I wait. The first time my dog was groomed they did good, the second time they did okay, however the third time they did horrible. She was not even finished! She was choppy, and her feet looked bad! I don't know if they were training or just in a hurry but it was not worth the $43.00 I paid! I was so disappointed! I will not be returning! Luckily I found a new place (Adorable Pets) which gets there on time, does a wonderful job grooming and is half the price!!!

I found Happy Tails the day I adopted my dog Abby from the Sebastian County Humane Society and needed her groomed. Needless to say meeting the team at Happy Tails was a God-send. I had so many questions and concerns about my new dog and they were there and continue to be there almost 4 years later with me having moved across the country. The owners and staff truly do care for your pets as if they were their own. This store prides itself on carrying the best dog & cat foods. They will work with you to find out exactly what is going to be the best for your pet. They have amazing toys, supplies, chews and treats. My dog did the obedience classes with Kris and they were extremely helpful. I can still (and do) call Kris if I ever have any questions or concerns. When I still lived in Arkansas my pooch went for day care and was groomed there regularly. When I come home I always bring my dog just so she can get groomed and I can stock up on everything. Oh and they also do photography! Bottom line this is your 1-stop shop for everything you would ever need to have a happy, healthy pet. I highly recommend them and only wish I were closer.

I want only THE best for my dogs and that's the reason I will only go to Happy Tails. They sell the best pet food and treats. And that's how it started for me, buying pet food and treats. Then I took my puppy to Puppy Kindergarten and learned so much about my puppy's health and why he does some of things he does. I highly recommend the obedience classes! After Puppy Kindergarten I took my puppy to be bathed. When I got him back he looked so beautiful! He was soft and smelled good for days! Now I take him to get groomed all the time!



I highly recommend Happy Tails! It's very clean and the staff is VERY friendly. Not like what you get at other pet places (nasty animal excrement on the floor and staff that doesn't even acknowledge you're presence).

I am a die-hard pet lover and my dogs are my children. Usually I do the grooming myself, but on the occasions that I have been out of town the only place I will let them go is Happy Tails. I know my boys will be treated right and they ALWAYS come home looking and smelling wonderful. I buy their food and treats there as well, so it is definitely my pups' favorite place.

I recently made up my mind that wouldn't be getting my cat's food anywhere else than Happy Tails. I LOVE that they carry only the best in terms of nutrition for both cats and dogs, and they do a great job educating pet parents on how they save money in the long run by feeding their pets better quality food, even if it is higher in cost than the Walmart variety.



The staff is great, always friendly to me. I've been in often enough I've seen them with the pets they groom, too, and it's obvious they love animals. The folks who work there know their stuff -- they recommend a few different foods to try with my cat, and picky eater that she is, she still loved their suggestions.



I'm happy with Happy Tails!

Would not recommend Happy Tails to my worst enemy. They are very unprofessional don't listen on how you want your pets cut then when you say something about it, the owner gets rude/hateful she even hung up on me. When you pay for $156 for 3 dogs you want what was asked for not dogs with no hair, I could have shaved them myself if that's what was wanted done. They said, they use the best products to wash with if that were the case my dogs wouldn't be scratching like they are right now. Wish I would have listened to public talkers before making my babies suffer, don't make the same mistake as I done.

I TOOK MY DOG TO THEM TODAY ON 7-17-09 AND DID NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY CUT HER AND THE OWNER CAME OUT AND SHE CUSSED ME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT SHE COULD GIVE A S*** LESS IF I TAKE MY DOG TO HER SHOP AGAIN.. SHE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO WORK WITH ME . SHE WAS JUST RUDE AS SOON AS I SAID THAT I DID NOT LIKE WHAT WAS DONE TO MY DOG... DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG TO THEM !!!!

I would not give this place a good rating the people are not friendly at all they don't do any thing differnet than the other grooming places but they charge alot more than others they treat your animal the same way they treat you not nice at all I guess that is why they go through help so much.
