Provided by YPmobileIf u want to look your worst then go to the JCPenney Salon. I was there and I told the girl what color I wanted and I specifically told her to be careful because my hair tends to go red. I said I wanted dark. After 1 and half hour I look at my hair and it was ORANGE... And they still charged me full amount for that...
